Responsibilities Responsible for thermodynamic analysis and composition process design of material issues, especially phase diagram research combining CALPHAD and first principles calculations; Responsible for optimizing and constructing thermodynamic models for electrode materials and electrolyte material systems, as well as building the CALPHAD thermodynamic database; Explore the application of artificial intelligence technology in the CALPHAD method, including quickly and accurately optimizing model parameters, etc. Conduct research on new technologies and methods of artificial intelligence to promote innovation and development of the company in the field of artificial intelligence. Qualifications Ph D in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical and other relevant engineering. At least two years of related research experience is required. Research experience on thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics, and mechanical aspects. Computational physicists or chemists experience, specializing in molecular dynamics, quantum mechanics, and advanced simulation techniques. Experience in applying AI/ML methodologies in research. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
