Manager, On-Prem and Cloud Infrastructure (Global MNC) - HKD 80 KMy client is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead their infrastructure and cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 12-14 years of experience in managing end-to-end infrastructure solutions and cloud technologies, with a proven track record in leadership roles. This position will oversee both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions. Develop and execute strategies for cloud migration, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Oversee the performance, security, and reliability of all infrastructure services, both cloud and on-premises. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure meets the needs of the organization and supports business objectives. Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure and cloud professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to infrastructure and cloud services. Monitor and manage infrastructure budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in infrastructure capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 12-14 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and on-premises infrastructure management. Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, and security principles. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and initiatives, with excellent problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus. Written and spoken proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
