We are seeking an experienced Early Year English Instructor to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in teaching English as a second language to provide high-quality instruction to students. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons to students in center and kindergartens. Employ a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure student engagement. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters language acquisition and promotes student participation and interaction. Assess student progress regularly and provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments. Monitor and track student attendance, participation, and academic performance. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding class activities, expectations, and student progress. Adhere to the organization's policies, procedures, and code of conduct. Requirements: Must be passionate and enthusiastic in engaging with kids, caring, patient, cheerful, creative and self-motivated. Proven record of high proficiency in English. A University Degree from an accredited university. Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably in a classroom setting. Experience in teaching Trinity, Cambridge, and Phonics is preferred and would be advantageous for this position. Deep understanding of English language principles, grammar, vocabulary, and language acquisition theories. Strong instructional and classroom management skills, with the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to develop and deliver effective lesson plans and assessments aligned with learning objectives. Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the summer classes. Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and reliability. HKID or valid working visa holder.
