Key tasks & responsibilities: Assist Manager in aftersales service activities of BMU services and maintenance Responsible for quotation preparation, tender submission or related documentation works following group policies Liaise, communicate, and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the quality and progress of works (work management) compliance with the requirement Work with service team in assisting site inspection, material sourcing, renewal of maintenance and service contracts etc.
Provide technical support and related possible solution on gondola technical issue Ensure work done of the team is properly invoiced and payment is received Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned Qualifications & Competencies: Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines Min.
