Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to meet technical needs and supervise junior developers. Lead technical discussions with vendors and stakeholders. Create technical design and architecture documents. Resolve complex technical issues and conduct root cause analysis. Gather and analyze user requirements for application improvements. Lead the application platform implementation. Ensure adherence to company development standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 years of IT experience. Proven experience in implementation and support of web-based application systems. Knowledge of frontend development technology like HTML / CSS / Java Script. Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, such as C#, Java or C++. Experience in database management systems like SQL Server or My SQL.
