To learn more about Maxim’s, visit www.maxims.com.hk Job Summary Reporting to Manager – Infrastructure & Operations, Group IT this role is primarily responsible for Regional IT infrastructure services & related operations, e.g. regional data center, private & public cloud platforms, regional networking, Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Windows AD, etc. He/She will collaborate with Regional IT and Country IT teams to provide stable and secure IT infrastructure and high-quality IT services to business users via ITSM and ITOM processes. Job Responsibilities Manage and operate the company’s regional infrastructure, which comprises of local and regional networks, colocation data centers, public clouds, server & virtualization platforms. Adhere to ITSM & ITOM processes, focusing on service request, incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management & operation management. Sustain the established SLAs for production applications and systems. Maintain the Group infrastructure solution category, identify & evaluate potential products as Group standard, manage and negotiate with vendor for volume contracts, rollout new solutions to Regional IT and Country IT. Support hybrid cloud environments operations (Azure, AWS, Oracle, On-Prem etc.) and align to the Technology Strategy. Review, revise, and enhance existing system / network architecture and practices. Lead or participate in IT infrastructure projects, collaborate with vendors and suppliers. Safeguard assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. Job Requirements Degree holder in Computing or related discipline. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, and/or end-user support. Proven experience in managing technical staff and vendor to deliver enterprise-scale IT projects and/or services. Solid experience with strong problem solving, management and analytical skills in LAN/WAN, Microsoft 365, Active Directory Services, Cloud infrastructure, SSL Cert Management, Server & Virtualization platform, Storage/Container, Service Now, DR Management, Backup & Disaster Recovery Solution. Experience in F&B, retail or manufacturing environment will have advantage. Holder of technical certifications, e.g. MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, public cloud, ITIL, PMP will have advantage. Good communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills. Skills to Diagnose IT Incidents and Problems. Good command in written & spoken English and Cantonese.
