Job Duties Handle full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, ER, and L&D. Coach employees and management on HR issues, policies, practices, and programs. Advise and mentor managers on recruitment processes, internal talent progression, and engagement. Support managers in developing and implementing workforce policies, procedures, and systems to support the business vision, values, and priorities. Be the voice for management on employee relations, policy and procedure improvement, and training needs. Contribute to the business strategy by helping stakeholders identify and grow business capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. Participate in project planning, implementation, and follow-up for all new initiatives. Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management. Job Requirements Degree in Human Resources or related field. A minimum of 4 years related working experience. Strong knowledge and experience in various employment laws and practices. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, flexible, and perseverant with a can-do attitude. Proficient in MS Office applications. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. HR experience in the Retail industry preferred.
