Our client (a HK listed company, over 50 years in HK) is now looking for a high-calibre candidate to fill the following position:
This is a senior role that monitors construction and real estate projects from planning, development, execution and examination. This role leads a team and manages the whole project, including budgets, work progress, fulfillment of quality and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the development of whole projects
Represent landlord to coordinate with various stakeholders
Manage and lead the construction team
Fluent in Japanese, English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Willing to station in Japan
Qualifications
Degree or above in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Surveying or related discipline
14 years of experience in end-to-end development of large-scale projects and project management
Remarks
Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a MUST
Monthly salary: Open to discussion (depends on skills/ experience)
Working location: Niseko, Japan
Work visa will be provided to suitable candidate
