What You’ll Do Analyze industry‑standard benchmarks to identify performance bottlenecks and sources of power inefficiency Propose and co‑design enhancements with architects and design teams to improve CPU efficiency Collaborate with software teams to optimize software compatibility with CPU micro‑architecture Partner with design engineers to evaluate new hardware features, balancing performance, power, and area trade‑offs What We’re Looking For We want innovative, driven individuals who think outside the box and embrace challenges. Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field Experience in CPU design, architecture, performance, or power analysis Strong understanding of digital ASIC design and familiarity with the full chip development cycle Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for innovation How to stand out Prior industry experience in CPU performance or power analysis Strong coding skills and enthusiasm for software development Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
