机器学习算法工程师Machine Learning Algorithm Engineer岗位职责： Job Responsibilities:1.负责机器学习和深度学习算法的研究与开发，优化现有模型，提高算法的性能和效率； 1. Responsible for the research and development of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, optimizing existing models to enhance performance and efficiency.2.进行大规模数据的清洗、处理和分析，构建高质量的数据集，为模型训练提供支持； 2. Conduct large-scale data cleaning, processing, and analysis to construct high-quality datasets that support model training.3.设计和实现机器学习模型的训练、验证和测试，评估模型的效果并进行改进； 3. Design and implement the training, validation, and testing of machine learning models, evaluate model performance, and make improvements.4.跟踪最新的机器学习技术和研究成果，提出创新性的解决方案，推动技术进步。 4. Keep abreast of the latest machine learning technologies and research findings, propose innovative solutions, and drive technological advancements.任职要求： Qualifications:1.计算机科学、电子工程、统计学、应用数学等相关专业硕士或以上学历； 1. Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.2.精通常见的机器学习算法和深度学习框架，具备数据清洗和特征工程的经验，熟悉数据处理技术和工具； 2. Proficiency in common machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks, with experience in data cleaning and feature engineering, and familiarity with data processing techniques and tools.3.在高水平国际会议和学术期刊发表过相关论文，或有高水平竞赛获奖经历或相关领域的专利授权；3. Publications in high-level international conferences and academic journals, or awards in high-level competitions, or granted patents in related fields.4.参与过实际的机器学习项目，具备从数据预处理、模型训练到部署的完整项目经验。 4. Participation in actual machine learning projects, with comprehensive project experience from data preprocessing, model training to deployment.
