About the Role We are seeking a high-potential Marketing & Product Development Manager to join our Marketing Department — a role designed for highly motivated team player who is strongly skilled at athleisure fabrications and technical design execution.
But this position goes beyond traditional product development.
You will play a key role in strategizing the company's athleisure business, working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to define product direction, market positioning, and growth strategies across different markets.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands how products drive business, enjoys working across functions, and is motivated by the opportunity to influence category expansion at a company-wide level.
Responsibilities Lead athleisure product development from concept to sample execution, with a strong focus on functional fabrics, technical construction, and performance-driven design.
Work closely with internal teams and external mills to develop and refine athleisure fabrications, ensuring fit, functionality, quality, and production feasibility.
Support the strategic planning and expansion of the company's athleisure business, translating market and customer insights into clear product and material directions.
Partner directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to define athleisure product focus, market positioning, and category growth priorities across regions.
Develop clear, compelling product presentations and narratives that translate technical strengths into market-facing value for international clients.
Coordinate across marketing, product development, and production teams to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and timelines.
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile, Apparel Engineering, Fashion Marketing, or a related discipline.7–10 years of experience in garment product development, preferably in athleisure, sportswear, or performance-driven fashion.
Candidates with less experience might be considered for senior product developer role.
Strong hands-on knowledge of functional fabrics, technical construction, and fit development.
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to market positioning and business objectives.
