Responsibilities Provide engineering design works for HVAC/MVAC systems. Contribute technical inputs for HVAC design and consulting assignments. Coordinate with project team members, clients, government agencies, architects, and sub-consultants to facilitate project implementation. Assist in technical proposal preparation, tender documentation, and bidding processes. Manage and develop capabilities of our engineering team. Identify business opportunities, lead, and support business development activities. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety policies, reporting potential risks. Requirements Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or related field. Chartered membership preferred. At least 7 years of relevant experience, with experience in Hong Kong, Macau, and PRC projects. Interest in M&E design, sustainable infrastructure, and related fields. Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken. More experienced candidates may be considered for Principal Engineer roles.
