Principal System Administrator – Microsoft Azure Cloud Services Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAREndeavour Search Hong Kong, Hong Kong SARWe are seeking a highly skilled Principal System Administrator to manage and optimize our Microsoft and cloud-based IT systems. This senior-level role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). This is a newly created position reporting directly to the Head of IT, under the IT Network and Systems team. System Administration Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for system and cloud environments Lead Azure and hybrid cloud initiatives, including migration and integration Monitor, optimize, and manage cloud performance and cost efficiency2. Project Management & Documentation Lead and deliver IT infrastructure projects on time and within scope Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for seamless integration Provide security guidance and recommend technical controls for IT projects Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms Proven experience in a senior-level system administration role Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 Microsoft Azure (Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S), and optionally AWSVirtualized environments and networking concepts Cloud Certifications (a strong advantage): Azure Solutions Architect Expert AWS Certified Solutions Architect VMware Certified Professional Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player To apply, please send your CV (Word format) to: peter@endeavourasia.com For a confidential discussion, contact Peter at 3973-5558.
