Responsibilities: Assist in planning, preparation of conceptual design, program, and technical specifications for Data Centre construction projects. Provide support throughout various stages of contract execution, from detailed design to testing, commissioning, and project completion. Assist in safety and quality control inspections at construction sites and monitor project progress. Job Requirements: High Diploma or above in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Building Services, or a relevant discipline.6+ years of experience in project management or facilities management. Experience in designing or managing Data Centre facilities is an advantage. Proficiency in building services, particularly UPS, Generators, Static Switches, Water Treatment, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning. Holder of Electrical License A or above (HV Authorized Person is an advantage) and strong knowledge of Building Services. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
