To attend key Client’s team meeting and provide strategic guidance on commercial matters and procurement. To set up and implement a value engineering culture and spot opportunities for cost savings when possible. To provide commercial reports to Client and steering committee. To set up and implement change management. To ensure that deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved. To gain a deep understanding of Client’s stakeholders and anticipate their needs. Challenge internal processes and add value to strategic procurement options. Qualifications Requirements: Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of experience in construction consultancy projects. Candidates with previous experience in public sector contracts is an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in English languages both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office applications.
