Purpose of the Position

Seeking a Retail Design Manager to expand CASETi FY Studio globally. The candidate should have experience in Retail Design, be knowledgeable about the latest store trends, digital and physical experiences. You will work closely with the Store Development Director and be responsible for global store design projects.

Job Description

Develop store design concepts and establish store tiering supporting global retail strategy.
Ensure timely and standard-compliant architectural and interior design packages and construction documents.
Create fixture packages that showcase products innovatively and efficiently, supporting merchandise strategies.
Manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and logistics.
Mentor the store design team, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards, budget, and timeline.
Develop Retail Brand Guidelines for global store expansion.
Handle budgeting and project management.
Maintain strong communication with project teams, brands, contractors, and consultants.
Provide technical and design guidance to resolve challenges.
Support and develop designers within the team.

Requirements

5-8 years experience in commercial/retail architecture or interior design.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Proficiency in Sketch-Up, Enscape, Adobe Suite, Auto CAD, Revit, or similar.
Experience in store concept development, store design, and planning is advantageous.
Strong project management skills for multiple projects with various stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
Ability to work across cultures and time zones.
Self-motivated and disciplined.
International work experience is a plus.
