SAP SF / HCM Manager / Senior Manager (Based in Hong Kong)

Responsibilities
Understand and analyze business requirements related to SAP SF and collaborate with stakeholders.
Identify key business processes and pain points of the customized solutions.
Address specific business needs and requirements.
Develop comprehensive solution designs, considering scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices.
Work with project teams to facilitate seamless integration and implementation of SAP SF.
Conduct system testing to validate functionality and performance of SAP SF.
Identify and troubleshoot issues or discrepancies, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Team & Collaboration
You will work with stakeholders, liaising with Project Managers, Key Business Users, Business Analysts, Functional & Technical Consultants, and programmers within SAP SF project implementation, enhancement, and support roles.
Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience in SAP SF/HCM implementation, enhancement, and/or support (L2 or L3) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience with other HCM systems (Oracle HCM, Workday, etc.) is open to apply.
At least one full‑cycle end‑to‑end implementation of SAP SF/HCM is an advantage.
Working exposure or certification in submodules such as EC, Payroll, RCM, ONB, PMGM, Compensation, LMS, Succession, or CDP is an advantage.
Experience in project management or solution architecture is an advantage.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
Consulting exposure is an advantage.
Experience within the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
VISA provided for Hong Kong.
Base salary up to RM 70,000, increased for experienced consultants (RM 50,000 for Manager & RM 70,000 for Senior Manager).
