Further, the applicant should be proficient with the use of networking protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, and Lon Works. Job Responsibilities Work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties on all activities related to BMS/ E&M projects. Coordinate site work and T&C and expedite resolutions to resolve problems affecting the achievement of project timeline. Evaluate and identify list of defects and prioritize phases of rectification to overcome delays within the project. Prepare engineering drawings and technical documents for the preparation of the tendering cycle. Draft meeting minutes and progress reports for a smooth and accurate documentation of project status. Job Requirements Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Service Engineering, or any relevant Engineering discipline. Minimum 4.5 years of BMS system project experience, preferably obtained within the sector of E&M contracting or Building Technology. Knowledgeable in building networking protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, and Lon Works is highly preferred. Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate site work with project stakeholders to ensure the execution of a smooth project delivery cycle. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Project Engineer. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
