This role will have opportunities to take up the role as Project Manager for career advancement. The AI and data science projects are important parts in the digital transformation covering supply chain management, customer engagement, work flow automation. This role will make use of business analysis and project management skills to turn AI and data science into real business benefits in different aspects in retail business.  You will: Manage vendors and in-house resources on AI / data science projects implementation Lead user programme to translate user needs into concrete questions for data scientists to solve and system requirements to work with system developers Take part in innovative projects with new technology Coordinate with internal users, system developers, vendors, and other stakeholders to solve problems and bring projects to life ; and to ensure the successful application of the projects to bring business benefit Plan project tasks and manage project schedule; prepare project documents Be a part of the change management for digital transformation Candidate we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related subject 5 years or  above related working experience. Those with more experience will also be considered for the post of Assistant Manager Solid experience in project management, business analysis, data analysis or system development Knowledge and experience in data analytics, data science and AI will be a big advantage Certificate in PMP or Scrum Master will be an advantage Experience in MS Azure, Azure Databricks, SQL, Power BI will be an advantage Good communication and analytical skills; proficient in English and Chinese  Detail-minded, positive and helpful, can-do attitude; enjoy communication and working for new initiatives We offer 5-day-work week with competitive remuneration packages to the right candidate.
