Job Description Qualification & Requirement: Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering. Min 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation works, preferably with experience in mega-size projects. Knowledge in using AutoCAD drawing and BIM software applications and experience in executing BIM-enabled projects will be a plus. Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Good interpersonal and communication skills and being a good team player. Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese. Applicants with more experience may apply for "Senior Engineer" or "Project Engineer". Duties: Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervise the work progress, and coordinate various activities at construction projects. Provide on-site engineering and coordination support during the construction phase, prepare construction methods for various site activities, write method statements, monitor and manage the progress of works and provide regular progress reports. Coordinate with main contractors and liaise with clients, architects, utilities, and consultants on all E&M matters for our building construction projects.
