Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead our HR team in Hong Kong.
This role is pivotal in driving HR initiatives that align with our business goals while managing day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of HR practices in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with company goals.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a small HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with employees to promote a healthy workplace culture.
Address employee concerns and handle conflict resolution effectively.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
Talent Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Monitor key HR indicators to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance issues in Hong Kong.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
