Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities: Manage Design Process based on briefing and requirements by Marketing team, and prepare project development documents Research and study the relevant products in the market Explore market opportunities through working with Marketing, Product management and Concept Engineering teams to visualize design opportunities Define in collaboration with Marketing / Engineering teams to achieve architecture, form, style and details Make recommendations to enhance aesthetic value and support Visual Brand Identity strategies Create 2 D layouts and visuals and 3 D Solid Works CAD models for addressing User needs, Marketing considerations, Design trends, Product features and Engineering manufacturability Conduct Study models and ergonomic analysis Those with more relevant experience will be considered Senior Industrial Designer Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent discipline At least 5 years relevant experience in Industrial Design / Product Design Good knowledge of home improvement and related equipment a plus Strong technical and Design for manufacturing knowledge Familiar with manufacturing / tooling considerations, and mechanical innovation Strong command of Solid Works, Key Shot, Adobe Creative Suite Good problem solving and collaboration skills Strong verbal and visual presentation skills Able to work with multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment independently Good command of spoken and written English, proficiency in Mandarin an advantage We offer a 5-day week, competitive remuneration package including double pay, medical, life & personal accident insurances, education sponsorship and good career prospects to the right candidate.
