Job Description THE COMPANY : Lingerie underwear manufacturer Headquarters : Hong Kong Manufacturing plants : China Guangdong & Vietnam Main market : US, EU and global We are looking for SENIOR LINGERIE FASHION DESIGNER - with details as follows : The Job Report to Fashion Design Manager Work in Fashion Design team of 6 members Perform full range of product design including concepts, trend research, product development, collection design, 2 D & 3 D garment sampling, and prints design. Research and analyse market trends and commercial needs. Manage sourcing process to support product development. Work with customers design teams and internal merchandising teams to understand style and collection requirements (e.g. tech pack, mood boards) and translate such requirements into manufacturable designs. Deliver design presentations to customers design teams. Conduct fit sessions with models, providing fit comments to optimize design and fit. Work closely with sample room to ensure that designs are feasible for manufacturing. Actively track and follow up on samples & new design projects from ideation to pre-production. Graduate of accredited institution in Fashion Design, Textiles or related field.5+ years of experience in Lingerie or Intimate design. Strong in Lingerie/Intimate development (e.g. raw material sourcing, garment construction & fit), styling, prints design, and graphic development in both 2 D and 3 D. Good command of Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3 D software (e.g. CLO, Browzwear). Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
