Developer side residential project Builders / Structural Attractive Package About the Client: My client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Construction Management (Residential Project) to oversee their residential projects. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all procurement of design and construction projects, resolving design-related issues in conjunction with vendors, operation team, and consultants. Work with consultants and contractors on-site and coordinate with internal divisions to ensure timely project completion and quality standards. Implement site team management policies and procedures for effective operations and maintain accurate site status and quality information. Lead a team of engineering professionals to ensure all projects are carried out with the highest safety standards, complying with relevant regulations within specified timelines and budgets. Monitor contractor performance to meet quality standards through the HKHS' Integrated Quality System, including review of quality assurance documentation and supervision or audits. Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and standards. Regularly review standard requirements to ensure compliance with legal and market standards, achieving safety and value for money, and recommend enhancements to management. Candidate Profile: Degree in Building, Civil, Structural, or related disciplines; professional qualifications like MHKIA, MHKIE, MHKIS preferred.10+ years experience in project management, especially in residential new builds and corporate projects. Experience handling contracts and working with contractors and consultants for existing building projects. Solid understanding of commercial practices in the local construction market. Experience in a matrix reporting organization. Experience supporting committees or boards is an advantage. Good English communication and writing skills.
