The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from concept through to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, technical, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and execution of sewerage and electrical infrastructure projects. Manage project teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff. Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements: Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is essential. Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in project management, with a focus on sewerage and/or electrical infrastructure. Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin Experience with public sector or utility infrastructure projects. Knowledge of sustainable and smart infrastructure solutions. PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
