Responsibilities Prepare cost estimate based on the architectural drawings, materials required and assessment on labour involved. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and specifications. Monitor and keep track of project progress, including evaluation, measurement and valuation of variations in the works during the works. Review and conduct vetting on the Contractor’s submissions. Assess and provide advice on contractual claims. Perform valuing on completed works and arranging payments. Assist in project management and cost control. Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers for cost valuation and management. Perform any ad-hoc assignment as required. Requirements University degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines. Qualified Quantity Surveyor and Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors; and/or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Minimum 10 years of relevant experience on building design and construction works. Experience on Building A&A works will be added advantage. Experience on construction estimation on cost and programme. Have good practical organisation skills, planning of resources and programme scheduling. Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. A team player, communicator with ability to communicate across all levels and trades. Fluent English and Cantonese.
