Responsibilities: Perform a role of contractor's quantity surveyor in both pre- and post-contract stages including but not limited to the tasks and full duties of:-Estimating and tendering-Subletting and subcontracting-Project budgeting, cost control and cash-flow monitoring-Contractual administration-Project documentation / records administration and controls-Re-measurements and variations assessments-Final accounts and claim settlements Others / ad hoc assignment Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent At least 8 years' relevant experience in local building main contractor, particularly in infrastructure / civil engineering construction Able to resident full-time on site Familiar with local construction industry and trade practices Capable to lead a team of assistance Interpersonal skills in working amongst other teams / departments Self-motivated, good team player with strong planning and time management skills Strong and skillful in communication and negotiation Working independently and able to work under pressure Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese Candidates with more qualification / experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor We offer attractive remuneration package to the successful candidate.
