Senior Technical Services Manager / Application Services Manager - IC Client Description One of the world's largest and most admired apparel manufacturers Job Description Senior Technical Services Manager Responsibilities• Develop strategics and tactics in the following areas and provide the managerial leadership to the team for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness:• IT infrastructure architecture technology, system architecture and design• IT infrastructure system engineering standards and practices and IT operations disciplines• IT infrastructure development and implementation• IT infrastructure quality assurance• IT infrastructure deployment and maintenance• IT infrastructure performance management including service level monitoring, incident and problem solving• Technical services delivery• Internal customer engagement and end user training and support• Define and improve correlated areas of IT operations in accordance with recognized industry leading practices and standards• Ensure capability, capacity, quality, integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of IT operations to support Group business and IT targets• Act as project manager to deliver assigned strategic, major or key IT programs or projects Application Services Manager Responsibilities• Supervise/ lead a development team to develop and deliver different software to fulfil the business needs• Design/ enhance/ support the software development for designated business units/ applications• Review and upgrade existing application technology to ensure innovative, capable, up-to-dated, efficient and effective application technology stack of IT across the Group• Lead and drive application release and deployment, data migration, application maintenance and provide application support• Act as project manager to deliver assigned strategic, major or key IT programs or projects• Engage internal users for their expectation and collaborate with internal customer to gain support for IT department initiatives Job Requirements Senior Technical Services Manager Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering• At least 10 years of solid hands-on experience in IT operations or technical support areas• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products(O365/AD), Cloud Platform (AWS/Azure), Security (Firewall/ Endpoint / Email Security), Networking (LAN / SDWAN/ VPN) , Wi-Fi• Experience for Workflow and Automation development• Experience for Scripting• Experience for Service Now and Salesforce• With excellent interpersonal and presentation skills• Proactive and self-driven with enthusiasm to evaluate and implement new technologies• Can do attitude is required• Good command in English & Cantonese• Exposure in manufacturing industry and MNCs is preferred Application Services Manager Requirements• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering• With 8-10 years of solid application development experience• Familiar with technologies related to Java, RDBMS, Io T, RFID, ERP, ESB, and Agile/Scrum• With excellent interpersonal and presentation skills• Proactive and self-driven with enthusiasm to evaluate and implement new technologies• Good command in English & Cantonese• Preferred with exposure in manufacturing industry and MNCs
