Job Description: Responsibilities:2 years or above in a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) role focused on Deskside / infrastructure. Monitor and manage the account of IT service. Manage and be responsible for network or infrastructure.4 years of experience in project management.5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure. Data Center and Storage Area Network (SAN) management. Skilled in vendor management and experienced in procurement processes. Perform 1st level troubleshooting and quality backup management. Hardware installation projects and implement and standardize maintenance procedures. Provide daily Data Centre operational support. Provide helpdesk and remote IT support to end users.2 years or above with deskside/end user support experience.8 years or above network experience. More experience will be considered for an Architect role. Candidate with data centre/system experience is preferred. Work Environment:5 days' work week, with a maximum of 25 days of blissful leave per year. MNC exposure with outstanding career growth opportunities. Comprehensive training for new joiners.
