Responsibilities Co-ordinate with clients and Sub-contractors for the installations and maintenance of play & sports equipment and facilities. Monitor the installation team and manage works progress to ensure fulfilment of required quality standards and time frame of projects. Responsible for preparing report, analysis and ad hoc worktasks as required. Liaise with clients and various internal parties. Assisting in quantity surveying works, if assigned. Salary and Remuneration HK$28,000 or above depending on the seniority of the position offered. Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Civil Engineering / construction management or equivalent. At least 5 years' working experience. Hardworking, strong problem-solving skills with customer-oriented service attitude. Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese essential and Putonghua a plus). Familiar with Auto Cad, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Immediately available is preferred.
