Role description
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead on attracting and selecting talent for Arcadis, Hong Kong & Macau. In this role, you will support recruitment and enable the business to prioritise its hiring in accordance with its commercial needs. You will contribute to the overall employer of choice agenda and be part of a global talent acquisition function.
Responsibilities
Proactively go to market via multiple sourcing channels to attract the best possible talent for cost and commercial management, programme & project management, and business advisory roles.
Use market knowledge and best practice to advise stakeholders and ensure all roles are sourced effectively.
Position Arcadis as an employer of choice while conducting candidate screening and interviewing prospective candidates.
Manage a high volume of permanent vacancies across diverse levels and skill sets, ensuring priorities are identified and met.
Manage the overall candidate experience, ensuring a positive outcome for all individuals, regardless of outcome.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Advocate for our values and ensure recruitment processes are inclusive and free of bias.
Qualifications & Experience
Experienced recruiter, likely with a background in agency/RPO before transitioning to in‑house.
Significant familiarity with Linked In Recruiter, Boolean searching, and use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience hiring Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Engineering, or Architecture talent in HK and/or Macau. Experience in an Architecture, Construction and Engineering environment is an asset.
Ability to advise stakeholders on recruiting best practice.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
