About our Client Our client is a young and energetic fast growing block chain /crypto company with an aggressive plan and presence in their pipeline.

With their continuous aspiration and vision to develop new technology and innovation, they are seeking for a Technical Lead or Technical Director to join the company About the Role Reporting to the CEO, your primary responsibilities will be leading the developers and engineers in designing web3 and block chain technology and other emerging web3 solutions.

As a team lead, you will contribute to other engineering development adjacent to crypto exchange technology in building the company's ecosystem.

You will work with a technical architect to design the high level solution, reviewing pull requests, and leveraging your methodology and technical expertise to help your team during focused problem solving sessions.

Within the project team, you will establish your credibility and lead the team through project phases by demonstrating outstanding technical judgement, advocating the benefits of agile methodology.

The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline Someone who thrives in a start-up environment Experienced in multiple Block chain Decentralised Applications A strong technical and business understanding of the web3 ecosystem Minimum 8+ years of experience as a software engineer working experience Understanding of block chain technology, web3, metaverse, crypto exchange etc.
