Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Analyze, design, and specify program components for IT systems. Plan and design the construction, operation, and maintenance stages of public works projects. Assist in overseeing the development and implementation of digital systems. Take part in all phases of IT projects, including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, programming, implementation, system nursing, and maintenance. Provide technical advice, identify problems, and propose remedial actions to ensure minimal impact on the user and application system. Involve in requirements collection and clarification, and bridge the communications among end-users, development team, and vendors. Perform quality assurance, prepare test plans, and assist users in conducting user acceptance tests. Manage and coordinate vendor activities and monitor their performance. Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines.6+ years experience in systems development and maintenance. Solid experience in collecting user requirements, system analysis and design. Hands-on experience in GIS, CAD, BIM are strongly preferred. Solid hands-on experience in ASP.
