We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate to join our team and implement improvements to data pipeline architecture and maintain scalable data in Databricks Platform. The candidate would also be responsible for managing data processing and exploring the expansion of data capability to unlock business potential by using data. Responsibilities Migrating Data warehouse to the new platform of Databricks. Performing ETL, Data Modeling, and Data Analytics to meet business requirements with optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, AWS, etc. Overseeing and managing the workflow of data quality management, data cleansing, and data exchange processes by designing and implementing different rules and best practices. Ensuring data reliability and analyzing data to isolate and explain data irregularities. Streamlining internal process improvements such as the automation of manual processes and infrastructure design for greater scalability. Working with stakeholders including Data Analysts, business, and technology stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. Requirements At least 2+ years of practical experience in a Data Engineer role. Solid experience in Databricks platform and SQL. Sound technical experience in data analytics, strong in ETL/ELT, data warehouse performance tuning, and data structure design. Ability to work independently from scratch. Understanding of data lake design and data insights would be a plus. Detail-oriented and self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment. Problem solver with a positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in AWS S3, Google Analytics, and Salesforce would be an absolute plus. Strong team player and comfortable working in a matrix and cross-regional environment. Open-minded and willing to take on new challenges.
