Job Description
As an Area Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores in Hong Kong.
Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Implementing strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
Conducting regular store visits to ensure standards are maintained.
Handling store budgets and reporting on store performance.
Identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Area Manager Should Have
Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
Strong business acumen and the ability to drive sales.
Good knowledge of retail operations and health and safety regulations.
A proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
