Direct message the job poster from Hong Yip Service Company Limited Responsibilities: Responsible for budget planning, enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners organization / clients, complaints handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc. Oversee and monitor the full spectrum of property management functions, including security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management, to ensure high service standards and quality. Monitor income and expenses and prepare annual budgets and other related financial duties. Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Identify and develop new measures for service upgrading and continuous improvement. Liaise with government departments, political bodies and other external parties to maintain close working relationships and uphold a positive corporate image. Job Requirements: Degree in Property Management, Housing Management, Building Management or related discipline with professional corporate membership of CIH / HKIH or equivalent.8 years' experience in property and facility management gained from sizable companies, of which a minimum of 5 years should be at managerial level. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent client management skills and high level of service integrity. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. You will have an advantage if you possess a PMP (Tier 1) licence. Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation)(Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Area Manager.
