Handle the research and development of various types of asset management products Responsible for setup new funds, detailing product terms and specifications Familiar with cross-border structures, domestic and international asset management products, keeping abreast of industry trends and dynamics; tracking and analyzing industry developments, potential client needs, and provide market insight of latest asset management trends Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the development of mutual fund, private fund, managed accounts, and other investment products; responsible for the preparation, modification, and updating of relevant product documents Work closely with the product distribution channels Assist in the lifecycle of existing products, reviewing product performance, and maintaining competitiveness in the market Support the sales team's customer onboarding and maintenance logistics Responsible for organizing and coordinating new product launches, supporting new initiatives, product development, and driving the implementation of material new projects Assist in roadshows, account openings, customer due diligence, fund subscriptions, and other business activities Coordinate with fund audits, KFS (Key Facts Sheet), and regulatory reporting filings, ensuring compliance requirements are met Requirements Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred3-5 years’ experience in fund product development and design, with public offerings in Hong Kong, Cayman Islands funds, and cross-border structures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent learning ability, data analysis skills, communication and coordination skills Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and legal background preferred Solid knowledge in fund product, familiar with asset management business and regulation requirement Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is necessary, strong Chinese writing skill is highly preferred We offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates.
