Responsibilities Handle the full set of accounts, including AR, AP, and GLHandle daily accounting transactions and prepare journal entries and schedules Handle payment processing, staff reimbursements, and other related financial tasks Support month-end and year-end closing activities Maintain organized filing systems and documentation Ad hoc assignments and projects as required Requirements Higher Diploma in accounting, finance or other related disciplines Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in accounting, experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage Able to set priorities in a multi-tasking working environment, and have a task-oriented working style Proficiency in MS Office, strong MS Excel skills and word processing (both English and Chinese input)Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Responsible, mature, well-organized, detail-minded and result-oriented Flexible, hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure and a tight schedule in a dynamic working environment independently Good interpersonal and strong communication skills, and be able to communicate with people from all walks of life Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Accounting Officer Benefits5-day work Discretionary Bonus Medical & Dental Scheme14-day annual leave
