Job Description
Develop and execute strategic communication and marketing initiatives to strengthen the COO Office's brand visibility and internal/external positioning.
Craft clear, compelling narratives and thought‑leadership content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple communication channels.
Design and support people‑development strategies to enhance soft skills, build a growth mindset, and elevate team capabilities.
Manage end‑to‑end operations of the Management Trainee Programme, including selection, training, development, and mentorship coordination.
Lead staff‑engagement activities – townhalls, offsites, and culture programmes – to foster an inclusive, collaborative, high‑performing workplace.
Support business‑management initiatives to drive innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the COO Office.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, business administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2‑3 years' experience in communication, marketing, or staff engagement; banking exposure is an advantage.
Creative, strategic thinker with strong project‑management skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Proven experience in staff development, capability building, and managing talent or leadership programmes.
Proficient in digital communication tools; photo and video editing skills are a strong plus.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
