About this role As a Technical Services professional, you will be overseeing all the corporate technical functions of all assets in this organization. Key Responsibilities:a) Program Development & Compliance Develop, review, and implement company-wide Corporate Asset Health Management (CAHM) programs using lifecycle management principles. Ensure all assets and maintenance activities comply with corporate standards and local statutory requirements. Conduct regular inspections, reviews, and assessments of FM assets to maintain service functionality and performance standards.b) Strategic Integration & Asset Planning Incorporate CAHM programs into strategic decision-making, organizational planning, and financial management frameworks. Develop and review condition reports, technical evaluations, and asset replacement strategies to optimize long-term asset performance.c) Asset Performance & Operational Efficiency Oversee the cost-effective management of property facilities and systems by FM teams to ensure reliability and user satisfaction. Evaluate FM teams' performance in conducting asset health assessments to enhance operational efficiency and maintainability. Develop and refine condition reports, technical appraisals, and asset replacement strategies. Conduct annual reviews of condition survey reports with FM teams. Update Asset Health Management strategies based on survey findings to ensure continuous improvement.d) Alignment & Strategic Support Ensure FM teams adhere to approved asset health management plans for inspections and maintenance activities. Support service and project delivery to meet corporate requirements and strategic objectives. Requirement: Degree in Building surveying, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management Over 15 years’ experience in the related technical fields with at least 8 years in managing large-scale operations. Solid hands-on Technical experience in managing asset health and condition survey programs, Project management and Construction experience.
