Strategy and roadmap Own the product vision and roadmap for Fixed Telecom Network Development for B2 B service Define migration strategy of legacy services, including transitional and end‑state architecture.Perform market, technology and competitor analysis to identify opportunities across IP telephony, collaboration and adjacent ICT offerings (e.g.
security, cloud, managed services).2.
Legacy Service migration leadership Serve as overall product and program lead by coordinating virtual teams from Network Engineering, Operations, IT, Pre‑sales and key account teams.Define migration models, customer transition playbooks and commercial offers that ensure service continuity, Qo S and cost efficiency.Track and report program KPIs (adoption, churn, ARPU, quality, milestones) and proactively manage risks and issues with stakeholders.3.
Product development and lifecycle Act as product owner for assigned product development projects, managing the full lifecycle from concept and business case to launch and enhancement.Translate customer, regulatory and operational requirements into clear product requirements and user stories for engineering, IT and operations teams.Develop pricing, packaging and go‑to‑market plans, including cross‑product bundles for different B2 B segments.Monitor product performance (P&L, usage, margins…etc) and initiate data‑driven improvements, cost optimizations and roadmap adjustments.4.
Virtual team and stakeholder leadership Lead virtual, cross‑functional project and product squads, setting objectives, aligning priorities and ensuring timely delivery without direct line management responsibility.Establish light but effective governance for key initiatives (cadence, decision forums, risk/issue tracking) and provide clear, concise executive updates.Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for solution design, delivery and ongoing improvements.Act as a senior escalation point for critical product and project issues within the assigned portfolio, ensuring transparent communication with internal stakeholders and major customers.Qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Business or related discipline; postgraduate or professional qualifications are an advantage.8–12+ years of telecom/ICT experience with at least 5 years in product management, solution management or program leadership for enterprise voice/UC or network services.Strong hands‑on exposure to both TDM and IP voice technologies, including: TDM PBX, ISDN PRI, E1/T1; SIP trunking, Vo IP, SBCs, IP PBX, hosted PBX and UC/UCaa S platforms.Good understanding of IP networking, security, up and coming technologies areas.
