Responsibilities: To assist in planning, deploying, and maintaining in-company communication systems To assist in provisioning various communication services and executing projects, preparing reports and updating engineering records To supervise a small team of technicians and conduct contractor management To perform emergency duties and work at irregular hours occasionally Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics /Telecommunications /Information System /Computer Engineering or related disciplines Qualifications leading to Corporate Member of HKIE or completed a recognised Scheme ‘A’ training in related disciplines Relevant working experience in design, implementation and operation in one or more than one area: TDM optical transmission system, IP-based network, Wi-Fi, PABX, Unified Communication, microwave, TETRA, Lo Ra WAN systems an advantage Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written Holder of a valid driving license for Class 1 and 2 an advantage Working Location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided Application: If you are interested in this position, please send your resume and the Application Form (in PDF format) to Human Resources Division, The Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd. at recruit@hkelectric.com.
