In this role, you are required to coordinate and monitor the administration and delivery of various sales and service projects, synchronize product training and provide support to designed distribution channels.

Main Responsibilities: • Assist in projects in the areas of sales and services quality development, procedure preparation, work process re-engineering.• Manage the sales and service environment of a banking branch and involve in other internal consulting and strategic projects.• Provide specialized analytics support to branch frontline by establishing sales and service handbook or job aids.• Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain activities and support in relation to the sales campaign or promotional activities and follow through the implementation and evaluation.• Prepare regular reports for senior management review.• Provide support to ad hoc projects or people engagement programs when required.

To meet the challenge, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:• Tertiary Education or Degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in bank operations.• Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills• Able to work independently and under pressure• Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing• Good time management while leveraging different workloads Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
