Responsibilities:  Being the data owner to drive & identify the business opportunities for market growth Analyse the data to formulate the marketing strategy, insight & improvement plan Act as the digital product & platform owner to design the UIUX for different digital platforms, from APP to designated digital portals Manage the digital products & drive growth by leveraging vendor / business partner’s support & liaison Design, digitalise and optimise customer journey Drive the customer usage & consolidate the feedback for system enhancement Design the marketing campaign to drive the performance uplift and strengthen brand engagement Define the blueprint for digital products & channels under the brand’s communications calendar  Requirements: Degree in Communications, Marketing disciplines or equivalent is preferred 4 years+ of relevant working experience, preferably with marketing or agency experience in automotive, telecommunications or retail industry Experience in tech startup or platform, CRM community / Product Development Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to simultaneously prioritize and multi-task projects A good team player with excellent negotiation skill and communication skill Detailed-minded, creative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese), Putonghua is an advantage Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, CRM & Digital Product We offer 5-day work and medical benefits to the successful candidates.
