Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from Premier Customers, providing quality service and resolving queries. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial services and solutions. Assist Senior Team Managers in leading and mentoring agents to improve their skills and performance. Manage disputes, customer complaints, and suspected fraud cases as needed. Achieve key performance indicators aligned with business and regulatory standards. Adhere to procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements to protect customer and bank interests. Requirements: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage. At least 3 years of relevant customer service experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a contact center. HKSI licenses 1, 7, 8 and IIQE licenses 1, 2, 3, with ongoing CPD compliance. Strong customer service orientation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of retail banking and wealth management products. Less experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role. Join HSBC and achieve more!
