Assistant Manager, Financial Management and Operations Join us for the Assistant Manager, Financial Management and Operations role at HKT. Job Overview We are seeking a qualified professional to assist in managing financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, to support our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and managing the department’s annual Opex budget, ensuring optimal fund allocation. Provide financial insights to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. Monitor expenses, analyze budget performance, and implement adjustments as needed. Prepare detailed budget reports for management decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with audits. Coordinate financial transactions such as invoicing, payments, and budget transfers with the finance team. Reconcile invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or cost control. Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis. Proficiency in financial software (Excel, SAP, ERP). Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance. Attention to detail, ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
