Direct message the job poster from Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA)Human Resources Manager at Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA)Assistant Manager (Human Resources) – Learning and Development (Ref. 66/2025)The Job Assist in formulating human resources policies, strategies and annual plans in respect of staff learning and development to address business needs and promote a strong learning culture in the MPFA; Assist in driving innovative HR initiatives to foster a spirited work environment and enhance employee engagement, aligning with the organizational transformation goals; Manage daily operations of the Learning and Development function including administration and co-ordination of learning and development events, preparation of statistical reports, editing videos for internal reference, etc.; Implement annual plans including identifying suitable external vendors and working with vendors to ensure quality deliverables; Collaborate with different parties on a learning management system including development, implementation and enhancements as necessary; Support and implement projects focused on human resources transformation and enhancing employee experience, encompassing areas such as digital transformation, employer branding, and organizational development; and Handle ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned. The Person A recognized degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, or equivalent; At least six years of relevant experience in staff training and/or organization development, preferably gained in public or sizable organizations; Be ready to changes and contribute ideas and encourage others to bring in new perspectives without being bounded by precedents and past practices; Able to analyze issues logically from different angles for making good judgement; Able to communicate concisely and clearly in a style appropriate to the audience and occasions; and Experience in developing and implementing learning management system and video editing is preferred. Remuneration Package A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
