A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Leading and supervising the in-room dining team to deliver prompt, polished, and heartfelt service Managing daily operations, ensuring orders are prepared, presented, and delivered to brand standards Supporting training and coaching efforts to grow a confident and guest-focused team Working closely with the kitchen, stewarding, and front office to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction Handling guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care Maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality control throughout the department Assisting with menu development, upselling initiatives, and department goals. What we need from you A minimum of 2 years of experience in in-room dining or restaurant operations, with supervisory role duties A higher diploma inhospitality management, restaurants, culinary management or equivalent A genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating standout guest experiences Strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and attention to details Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin and other languages are a plus Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
