Description

Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring they are on brand on budget, and deliver measurable results.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant partners to create co-marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Plan and execute events, trade shows, seminars, activations and sponsorship to enhance brand visibility Lead CRM initiatives, including customer segmentation, loyalty program and personalized communication to drive retention and engagement Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years all-round marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship at all levels of the organization.
