Major Function and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Unit teamwork globally to handle new project development.
End-to-end GTM new product development process control to deliverables execution for all new projects till first shipment.
Proactively manage, organize and co-ordinate work with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring the owners meet their deliverables throughout the GTM stage gate process.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary activities to drive project progressive development, work out backward and forward PDS plan, manage development timeline dependencies with control timelines.
Gather market intelligence, identify new opportunities to develop consumer-led innovation products.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and project assignment in alignment with company objectives.
Experience in dealing with massive number of SKUs will be advantage.
Lead weekly project review meetings with Marketing teams across different time zones.
Identify and raise project risk legends during weekly call with Marketing, provide next action with suggestions, make timely decisions as needed to drive project move.
Attend meeting and factory site visits during Project kick-off, Pre-production and mass production to fix project issues timely.
Attend trade show & fairs and share innovation insight with teams
